Wedding:

Date and Time: Friday July 23rd, 2004 at 6pm (18hrs).

Place: Iglesia de Santiago
Calle de Lanzos (right next to the Plaza de la Constitucion), Betanzos

The town of Betanzos is approximately 12 miles (24km) southeast of the city of La Coruña . We have hired a private bus which will be available to take people from La Coruña to Betanzos. The bus will leave from Hotel NH Atlantico (please see address below) at 5pm (17hrs).

Hotel NH Atlantico (La Coruña) to Iglesia de Santiago (Betanzos)

Exit hotel and go to Plaza de Orense. Once on Plaza de Orense take Avenida Linares Rivas (stay on the right line), stay straight and this will lead directly to Avenida Alfonso Molina. Stay on Alfonso Molina for about 3 kilometers where you see the signs for the highway (blue sign with directions Santia-Ferrol-Madrid). Once on the highway follow direction FERROL until you see exit GUISAMO-BETANZOS on Nacional VI. Once on NACIONAL VI continue direction to Betanzos. Get off at second exit. After exit you will see a rotonda at Avenida Jesus Garcia Naveira soon after you will pass the Plaza de los Hermanos Garcia Naveira. Following, take La Puerta de la Villa and continue up a hill called Rua do Castro this will lead you to the Plaza de la Constitucion where you will see Iglesia de Santiago.

By Car (La Coruna-Betanzos): Take highway A-9 direction to Santiago de Compostela. Follow signs for Betanzos.

By Public Transportation: La Coruña Bus Station: Calle Caballeros (tel. 981-184335). The bus company going from La Coruña-Betanzos is Arriva and there are several buses going to Betanzos daily.

Reception:

Will take place immediately following the ceremony. A bus is available to take guests from church to reception.

Reception Place: Pazo Libunca
Naron, Ferrol

Directions:
Iglesia de Santiago (Betanzos) to Pazo Libunca (Naron)

From Plaza del Campo go towards NACIONAL VI and go direction Coruña.

After 4 or 5 kilometer you will pass on your right the church, Iglesia de las Angustias. Always follow direction Coruña.

3 kilometers afterwards you will pass the small town of Cortiñan where you will see a big highway sign with directions CORUNA-FERROL . Once on the highway follow direction FERROL.

Stay on the highway for approximately 28 km until you come across Narón exit (which is indicated as NARON-CEDEIRA). Once you exit you will fall onto a rotonda. Take direction Cedeira which will lead you to road AC-113 (also called road to Cedeira or carretera de Cedeira).

Stay on AC-113 until you find a rotonda (rotonda de Castro) where you will see a sign for a cementery, "Cementery of Naron". Take this direction where at approximately 200 meters you will find Pazo Libunca on your left.

Pre-wedding Dinner:

We are hosting an informal pre-wedding dinner for all you guys who are kind enough to have traveled from abroad.

Date and Time: Thursday July 22nd, 2004 at 8pm (20hrs).

Place: Club Hipica de la Coruña -

Address: Campo de Estrada, La Coruña.

The Club is located on the water in the old part of La Coruña , approximately 10 minutes walk from the hotels suggested below. Please ask your hotel for directions. Alternatively a taxi can easily take you there for a few Euros.

Dress Code: Casual.

Golf:

Isabel's brother Javier is organizing a round of golf at Club de Golf de La Coruña in the morning of Thursday July 22 nd. Those of you interested (you must bring your own golf clubs, though) please email us at: obelik2001@yahoo.com.
