Patricia Gutierrez - President & CEO
Patricia Gutierrez has over 15 years experience in the financial communications field and has worked in both corporations such as ARCO Chemical, Banco Santander Central Hispano (Global Fortune 500) and in specialized communications consultants such as Citigate Dewe Rogerson and Zemi Communications.
While at these consultancies Patricia led the teams that specialized
in offering financial communications and strategy services to US
companies (AT&T Latin America, Sun Microsystems) Latin American companies (Bavaria, Bancomer, CVRD, Aracruz) and to Spanish companies (BBVA, SCH) particularly supporting corporate efforts to increase share price values through improved communications with the US financial markets and other stakeholders. While at Santander Central Hispano, Patricia initiated the investor relations program, handled all analyst relations, spent two years developing and implementing the bank’s
Latin American / international press relations strategy and was
an analyst in the capital markets department.
In addition to being an Honorary Member of the Spanish Association for Investor
Relations (AERI), Ms. Gutierrez has published numerous articles on investor relations
practice. She holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, and
is a fully qualified Spanish attorney and member of the Madrid Bar Association.
